We drove along “country roads” to get to Hacienda Contreras,
which means the roads are not as well maintained and have lots of trucks
hauling tomatoes, tomatillos, sugar cane
and even radishes moving slowly along them.
We drove along the south west corner of Lake Chapala which
is one of the most popular areas for American and Canadian’s to live. It is a very large lake.

Euri heading to the top of the world! |
|
heading down the other side... |
We drove into the RV park around 3 o’clock and quickly got
settled. It was a lovely hot temperature
around 31 or 32 but with being at 6500 feet in altitude it cools off quite
quickly.
We are stopping here for a couple of weeks to a month, so I
will not be posting daily but I will be checking our emails.
Hasta luega!
